One of the healthier aspects of Topher and I's new lifestyle is walking. Yes, we are training for the London to Brighton trek but I definitely want to keep walking after the challenge is over. A couple of weeks ago in our last weekend living in London, we drove to Hampstead Heath to introduce ourselves to walking up hills. What a beautiful place! It really does feel like being in the countryside until as I said in a previous post you can hear sirens.
