Meet Mabel. That hat has actually sold now but the hat underneath is still up for grabs.
I had an amazing day which I really needed. I said yesterday that I would say what happened to me on Friday, so here it goes. I lost my job. And I can't find it. (I can never be serious - even in this situation) I was told on Friday that my contract was terminated at my office job just like that. My last day is tomorrow. Bit of a whirlwind.
So, instead of breaking down and worrying myself silly - I'm going to be strong and go after what I really want to do in life. I'm 24 years old and I think I need to do something that makes me happy. And that is all of the above photos. I love making jewellery, selling vintage, blogging, painting, drawing, photographing things, fashion etc. So what do I want to do? All of the above. I'm going to search for secure jobs, but while I'm doing that I'm going to try and earn some money doing what I love.
Can't hurt to try can it?
The fair looks great! I had wanted to do it but it was my Mum's boyfriends birthday so she couldn't.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry to hear about your job, but I hope you find lots of new opportunities and make some money selling your lovely items along the way :) xo
It's a great fair - I definitely recommend it. Doesn't come around very often though :(
DeleteThanks, I didn't enjoy the job anyway so I'm seeing it as a blessing in disguise. Onwards and upwards :) x
